Job Responsibilities

We are currently looking for a female respite caregiver for a 4-year-old boy with autism and pica syndrome. The assignment includes 10 hours per month, divided into 2 occasions during weekends. During the respite, you will engage in activities such as playing games. We are looking for someone who is patient, structured, attentive, pedagogical, and has a deep interest in people and emotional care. Previous experience working with individuals in this target group is an advantage. Respite care at home means that you will go to the client’s home and together find activities to do in the home environment, such as playing games, crafting, baking, listening to music, or just chatting and spending time together. The purpose of respite care is to provide the client's relatives with a chance for relief.

Employment Conditions

The hourly wage (including OB) varies between 180-210 SEK on weekends, 150-180 SEK on weekday evenings, and 130-160 SEK on weekdays (daytime) depending on your qualifications (education and experience). If you are offered a position, we will ask for references and a criminal record extract from the police.
