Would you like to work with a 14-year-old ray of sunshine? A job filled with warmth and joy, where you, together with your colleagues, will help develop the girl's abilities.

Play is an important tool for development, so it’s good if you still have a childlike spirit. The girl's main interests are dance and music, water – both for playing and swimming, balls, throwing stones, trampolining, playing games, etc.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will work on developing social interactions, language skills, and play. You will provide the girl with the conditions for life. She needs support and active supervision. She is a joy-bringer with a lot of will. The girl has limitations in communication. As an assistant, you will help where her disability is limiting, which includes communication, personal care, mobility, and various activities.

Qualifications

Education/Experience:
It is desirable that you have education/experience working with children or youth. It is an advantage if you have experience in healthcare, care, and/or personal assistance and understand what it means to work in a family's home.

Personal qualities:
You should have a strong commitment and be able to take initiative, have an interest in working with children with disabilities, and be confident with good teamwork skills. You are flexible and responsive to the needs of others. There is a great deal of freedom under responsibility in this job, so it’s good if you are creative and playful. Personal suitability will be highly valued.

Good to know

This is a temporary position during the regular staff's parental leave, daytime from 2026-03-02 to 2027-03-31, with a chance of extension.

To be considered for employment, you must be able to present a certificate from the police's criminal record.
