We are looking for a Project Assistant in Speech-Language Pathology.
The position primarily involves work within the project Dysphagia after Stroke (DESIRE), which aims to investigate the prevalence and effects of dysphagia after stroke. Data collection and data processing within other projects as well as teaching in the speech-language pathology program may occur to a lesser extent.
The employment is a temporary position until January 8, 2027, with a workload of 90%, starting by agreement, or at the earliest on February 16, 2026.
Description of Duties
The work involves assessing and treating swallowing ability in patients in outpatient and inpatient care, coordinating follow-ups, and processing and compiling research material. The role also includes continuous contact with participating clinics to inform about updates within the project, guide on the project's procedures, and report on patients. Travel to participating clinics and regions within the project may occur.
Since the work involves many contacts, we are looking for someone with good collaboration skills, who is structured, flexible, and has a solution-oriented approach.
Qualifications/Requirements
The applicant must be a licensed speech-language pathologist. We expect the person taking the position to be cooperative, organized, responsible, and to follow the project's data collection protocols, as well as being flexible and able to adapt their working hours to the project's data collection periods.
Other Desired Qualifications
Experience with flexible endoscopic swallowing assessment (FUS) in individuals with stroke or equivalent is desirable. Experience with data collection and processing within similar research projects is highly meritorious. Scientific experience is also meritorious.

The work is conducted in a clinical environment and requires physical presence, as well as a commitment to maintaining confidentiality regarding patient-related work.
