Test Lead Wanted at Combitech in Stockholm

Combitech in Stockholm is looking for an experienced test lead who can ensure quality in complex systems, particularly within defense and security-critical assignments. The Role

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Lead and coordinate the test team and ensure that everyone has the right information and resources.
• Develop test strategies and test plans and create structured and qualitative test setups where, for example, smoke testing or integration testing should be included in the CI/CD process.
• Monitor the testing process and ensure the quality of the delivery.
• Identify, analyze, and report testing issues.
• Compile and present test results and recommendations.
• Drive continuous improvement of testing processes, methods, and tools in close collaboration with development and operations.
• Work as a consultant for our clients or in-house at Combitech's office in Alvik, often in teams with other colleagues.

We are looking for someone who

• Has worked as a test lead and senior tester with experience in various types of testing such as functional, regression, system, acceptance, and performance testing. Depending on the assignment, experience with security testing is a plus.
• Has the ability to structure, plan, and lead testing work in complex projects, with experience in various methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or Test Driven.
• Has worked with requirements related to automation within Cypress, Selenium, etc., and understands when and how they should be executed.
• Understands the entire development chain, from requirements to delivery.
• Has strong communication skills and is accustomed to collaborating with multiple roles and stakeholders.
• Has analytical thinking and a genuine commitment to quality.
• Desirable: military competence and experience.

Since the position involves work covered by defense secrecy, you are required to undergo and be approved in a security clearance with a background check.
