We are looking for an experienced UX Writer to join a larger design team working with digital services and products in banking, insurance, and pensions. This role is suitable for you who want to be involved early in the design process and create texts that make a real difference for users.

About the role As a UX Writer, you will work in agile development teams alongside UX/UI designers, developers, and stakeholders. You will be responsible for producing simple, clear, and accessible text for web and app, always with the user's needs in focus. You navigate effortlessly between different products and services and enjoy delving into complex problems to find the right solution.

You will become part of a large and engaged design organization where knowledge sharing, feedback, and collaboration are a natural part of everyday life.

Responsibilities Write simple, concise, and user-friendly microcopy for web and app. Write accessible texts, tailored for example for screen readers. Ensure that texts follow established guidelines and challenge them when necessary. Work closely with designers, developers, and other roles in agile teams. Familiarize yourself with several different products and services simultaneously. Analyze and deeply understand user needs and problems.

We are looking for someone who Has solid experience in UX writing at a senior level. Is skilled at explaining complex information in a pedagogical way. Has a good understanding of UX and interaction design. Is willing to question and always stands on the users' side. Has the ability to see the whole and context in the user experience. Is comfortable working in Figma. Thrives in agile working methods, preferably with experience in SAFe. Is confident in giving and receiving feedback. Writes texts that are appreciated by users, stakeholders, and lawyers.
