Job Responsibilities

We are currently looking for a companion for a 19-year-old boy with Asperger's. The assignment includes 20 hours per month distributed over 4-6 occasions, taking place on weekday afternoons and weekends. During the companionship, you will engage in activities such as training, playing video games, and having coffee. We are looking for someone who has great patience, is structured, attentive, pedagogical, and has a burning interest in people and emotional care. Previous experience working with individuals in this target group is an advantage. During companionship, you will plan various activities outside the home together with the user. Companion services are designed to enable cultural and leisure activities outside the home and to promote the individual's social life.

Employment Conditions

The hourly wage (including OB) varies between 180-210 SEK on weekends, 150-180 SEK on weekday evenings, and 130-160 SEK on weekdays (daytime) depending on your qualifications (education and experience). In the event of employment, we will request references and an extract from the police criminal record.
