We are currently in an exciting phase where we see a great need to support our customers and end-users by evaluating our reagents on various instruments. This is to be able to offer a CE-marked combination of reagents and instruments, which is a prerequisite for our products to benefit patients in hospitals worldwide.

About the position

In the role of laboratory technician in the research and development department, you will work together with others in the group and support them in various projects. The position primarily involves laboratory work in the form of sample preparation and analysis on coagulation instruments, compiling data, and reporting results in the various projects.

Common tasks in the role:

· Perform analyses on coagulation instruments

· Process data and write reports in Microsoft Office using prepared templates

· Prepare samples for analysis according to established guidelines

· Perform basic instrument maintenance

We are looking for someone who

We are looking for someone with a scientific education at the high school level along with relevant laboratory experience, either from professional life or higher education. If you have experience in laboratory work in hospital labs or product development environments and are accustomed to documenting your work, this is a merit. You should be able to express yourself well in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

You should also enjoy practical and routine work in a laboratory environment.

Salary range

At Nordic Biomarker, we use a recognized tool for job evaluation, salary mapping, and salary setting. Nordic Biomarker is covered by the collective agreement between IKEM, Unionen, Sveriges Ingenjörer/Naturvetarna, and Ledarna, which means that salary setting is individual and differentiated. This means that the final salary is set with consideration to the applicant's previous work experience and skills. For this position, the salary is between 27,000 – 33,000 SEK per month.
