Job Description:

As the Head of Management Support, you will have personnel, budget, and operational responsibility for your area. The department currently consists of five officials with a breadth of competencies, all contributing to delivering high service to our tenants and efficient management of our properties.

The purpose of the department is to support the management organization with competencies in areas such as property data, internal quality, project support, and social housing issues, all of which enable us to meet changing needs, develop and improve processes and working methods, and ensure a high and consistent quality in our delivery.

In the role of Head of Management Support, you will be responsible for creating conditions for effective and smooth coordination between internal functions within management support and other roles within the management organization, as well as with external contractors and partners, as some project management is included in the role.

Competence Profile:

We are looking for someone with relevant academic education or professional experience that we consider equivalent. Leadership experience is a requirement, and you should have experience working with finance. Experience from the real estate industry and change management is an advantage. We consider data proficiency to be a given.

To succeed in this role, it is important that you involve, engage, and motivate your employees in your leadership, as well as being clear in your communication and having excellent collaboration skills. You should have the ability to think strategically but also act operationally.

A driver's license is required.
