About Us

The Hearing Care Clinics are part of the Ear-Nose-Throat Clinic, and we are located at all three hospitals.

The Ear-Nose-Throat Clinic (ÖNH) Sörmland is a regional clinic serving an area of 300,000 inhabitants. Services are provided at Mälarsjukhuset in Eskilstuna, Kullbergska sjukhuset in Katrineholm, and Nyköpings lasarett, employing a total of 130 staff members. The clinic includes ear-nose-throat outpatient services, a minor care unit, surgical operations, hearing care, speech therapy, and an administrative unit.

Your Responsibilities

With us, you will work in the following areas:

• Hearing diagnostics with the possibility of advanced diagnostics.
• Hearing rehabilitation/habilitation.

The position also includes prescribing hearing aids and other hearing technical aids for private use, as well as making journal notes. There is also an opportunity to specialize in, for example:

• BAHA.
• Barnaudionom.
• Severely hearing impaired.
• Tinnitus.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for a licensed audiologist; it is a requirement that you have experience in the profession. Leadership experience is also an advantage. Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is required.

We seek someone who takes great responsibility for their work and can work independently as well as collaboratively with others. We hope you are attentive, engaged, and have an ethical and professional approach. We place great importance on personal qualities.
