We are looking for caregivers for summer 2026 temporary positions. The psychiatric clinics in Region Sörmland are responsible for the treatment of mental health issues that require specialist competence.

Your Responsibilities

With us, you will meet adult patients with mental health issues requiring inpatient psychiatric care.

We aim for an optimal functional level for the patient and increased quality of life through nursing from a nursing science perspective. We work in interdisciplinary teams where we continuously develop together in a rewarding work environment.

Your Qualifications

• Approved education as a caregiver with psychiatry 2, 200 credits and community-based psychiatry 100 credits/legal psychiatry 100 credits.
• Medical students.
• Nursing students.
• Psychology students.
• Other education or work experience that the employer assesses as equivalent.

You are calm, secure, and responsible in your role as a caregiver, have a respectful approach, and value good collaboration with both patients and colleagues. Since the work largely involves communication, we require that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. Multilingualism is an advantage. We place great emphasis on personal qualities.

Employment Type

Fixed-term employment, irregular working hours occur as we operate around the clock. Start date is ongoing by agreement.
