Blomsterfonden is a non-profit organization that has been around since 1921. At Blomsterfonden, we work together to provide our residents, members, and customers with a safe and dignified old age based on their needs and wishes.

We primarily operate in two areas: senior housing and care services. Within the framework of care services, we run three nursing homes and our own home care service in Stockholm and Danderyd. Our daily work is characterized by humanity, clarity, participation, and honesty.

We are very pleased with the excellent results we have received in both the Socialstyrelsen customer satisfaction survey and the employee survey. We are located in Greater Stockholm, and as an employee, you will become part of our community of approximately 400 staff members.

Blomsterfonden aims to own, build, and manage properties for the elderly on a non-profit basis and provide good service, care, and support based on the needs of residents, members, and customers.

Blomsterfonden's home care service in Danderyd is looking for nursing assistants for permanent employment. We can offer part-time employment from 60% up to full-time. With us, you can choose to work day or evening shifts with duty every other weekend.

Our customers are spread throughout Danderyd Municipality. You who are applying should have a B driver's license as you will be transporting yourself between customers using a car provided by Blomsterfonden.

Our office is located at Svalnäs care and nursing home in Djursholm. If you choose to drive to work, you will have access to favorable staff parking.

QUALIFICATIONS

You are a trained nursing assistant (1500 points) and have a few years of experience in home care or elderly care. It is important that you have good communication skills and are fluent in Swedish.

As you will sometimes be transporting yourself by car to customers, it is a requirement that you have a driver's license.
