Personal Assistant Wanted

I am looking for a personal assistant!

About Me:
I am a happy 14-year-old boy with a mental disability and therefore do not communicate through speech. I am a calm person and never get angry or aggressive. The person who starts working as my assistant will receive a lot of appreciation in the form of hugs, laughter, and smiles! The best way to get close to me is to sing for me. Since my communication is limited, it is important to be empathetic and attentive.

The job involves following me during my free time, both in what I choose to do and in activating and challenging my habits. The work takes place in the locations where I am.

I move around freely but sometimes use a wheelchair for transport and need support during meals and other daily tasks. What I love most in the world is swimming, and on weekends, there are many trips to swimming pools and lakes. Therefore, it is a requirement to have a B driver's license. Since I am a large boy, it is important that you are physically strong (preferably male). I have no siblings and live with my Mom and Dad.

I also enjoy jumping on the trampoline in the garden, swinging in the park, going for walks, watching YouTube videos, or cuddling in bed.

About the Position:
- The position is approximately 50% - 20 hours a week.
- The position will be filled by agreement.
- Individual salary setting according to the collective agreement Fremia.

Since the working hours are scheduled for evenings and weekends, it would be perfect for you as a student or someone with another occupation alongside this, but everyone is of course welcome to apply!

You will be employed by Assistans i Balans, which means you will receive close and personal supervision, guidance, training, and a good introduction.
