As a Team Leader for our restaurants at Leksand Sommarland, you will play a central role in this summer's most action-packed dining experiences. Here, you will lead an engaged team in the heart of Sommarland, where fast flows, happy guests, and a high pace are part of everyday life. You will coach, support, and lead by example in daily operations while contributing to creating a positive work environment where employees feel safe, seen, and motivated.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead the team in the restaurant and ensure smooth operations

• Daily coaching and support for employees in areas such as upselling, guest interaction, and work routines

• Work operationally in the restaurant's daily operations

• Create security and safety within the team through clear communication and support

• Optimize staffing in consultation with the Food & Beverage Manager

• Continuous check-ins with the F&B Manager

• Ensure that routines, hygiene requirements, and guidelines are followed

• Conduct exit interviews with employees

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is a natural leader with a big heart for service. You are confident, responsible, and able to structure, prioritize, and keep a cool head even when the pace is high. You are motivated by developing others, building team spirit, and being the one who shows the way in both interaction and work methods. You have previous experience in leadership roles within the restaurant industry, are efficient, proactive, and communicate clearly in both Swedish and English. 

We will place great emphasis on personal qualities.

Working hours vary according to the restaurants' opening hours, so there will be work during the day, evenings, and weekends. The position is a seasonal employment of 80-100% and the summer season runs from June to August. Salary and other terms according to the collective agreement with Vista-HRF Gröna riksavtalet. We offer staff accommodation and also have a staff camping area for those with their own van, caravan, or tent.

The amusement park Leksand Sommarland in Dalarna is a true adventure for families with children during the summer. Inside the gates awaits a wide range of activities and attractions. Some of our most popular attractions include the Wipeout course in Siljan, Laser tag, High ropes courses for both big and small, and of course our Waterland with heated pools and winding water slides. Our 250 summer employees welcome up to 6000 guests per day.
