At Scandic Lugnet, our guests stay in the heart of Lugnet's large sports and outdoor facility with plenty of activities year-round. We are now looking for a NIGHT Receptionist for Scandic Lugnet.

What does the role entail?
As a receptionist, you are responsible for providing our guests with world-class service. You are the spider in the web, ensuring that the guest is always the focus. You go through the arrival list and pay attention to the details. You make sure that the guest's wishes are fulfilled. You always have a smile on your face and a creative solution up your sleeve. You solve most issues and are a star at turning a dissatisfied guest into a satisfied one. Your workplace is our lobby, where you meet most guests. Your responsibilities also include administrative tasks, safety work, and sales work.
The work in reception involves checking in and out hotel guests, welcoming them, and providing the information they need about their stay. You manage bookings in the Opera Cloud system and handle administrative tasks related to guests and safety. All work is done with guest satisfaction and sales in focus.
The hotel is open 24/7, so it is important that you enjoy working shifts (mornings, afternoons, and weekends).
Who are you?
To fit in this role, we believe you have well-developed social skills and are capable of handling many different things happening at once. It is very important that you can convey good hospitality to the hotel’s guests.
You also have experience and knowledge in working with computers as a tool.
Since the job largely consists of communicating with guests, good knowledge of Swedish and English is a prerequisite. If you speak another language, it is an advantage.
However, the most important thing is your personal qualities and attitude. To fit in this role, you need to be a responsive and unpretentious team player who takes great responsibility for your tasks and the overall result.
Information about the position
The position is a fixed-term employment from January to April 2026 on a part-time basis.
