ABOUT THE JOB

We are now looking for engaged, experienced, and responsible personal assistants for a new assignment aimed at a child facing new challenges in life.

Do you enjoy seeing others develop? Do you want to work to support a child in their daily life towards a meaningful existence? As a personal assistant, your task is to be present in the user's daily life and support them in their daily challenges based on their acquired disabilities.

The nature of the assignment involves providing daily care, supporting medical conditions, and being a source of security for the child. As an assistant, you will also work on training and development with the child following their acquired brain injury. You will work in the individual's home where parents are present, and you will be the user's extended arms and legs. You will be part of a team with several skilled and competent assistants. Assistance will be provided around the clock, every day of the week. Therefore, we are looking for assistants who want to work day/evening shifts, as well as those who want to work awake night shifts.

You have a calm demeanor and a genuine interest in the target group you will be working with. It is important that you can express yourself and understand Swedish well, both in speech and writing. If you are currently studying or already have an educational background in pedagogy and/or care, we consider this an asset. It is also an advantage if you have experience working with people with disabilities in some form, as well as a B driver's license and driving experience.
