What you will do?

You will be part of a team of four and work on the maintenance of production technical IT while driving development in this area forward. With a focus on IT planning, risk analysis, and lifecycle management, you will create and deliver an IT plan that implements the area's strategy and lead studies and the introduction of new working methods and technologies. In short, you will keep our production technical IT stable, secure, and up to date – and ensure that we get a little better every day.

Location

The position is located in Sandviken. Occasional business travel may occur.

Your profile

You have a relevant IT education or equivalent experience. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Technical areas you master:

• Network segmentation via firewalls.
• OT environments in production.
• Virtualization environments – preferably Proxmox or similar.
• Experience in IT support at client and server levels.

We are in a phase where we are streamlining production through increased connectivity and data collection. Experience and a strong interest in this area are a significant advantage and something we highly value.

You enjoy problem-solving, are service-oriented, and a team player who thrives close to the business. Order and structure are second nature to you, while you are curious about new solutions. You build trust through simple communication, take initiative when needed, and collaborate selflessly.
