The IT management within Region Gävleborg has approximately 150 employees located in Gävle, Sandviken, Bollnäs, Hudiksvall, and Söderhamn.

Within IT support, we are 28 employees who take joint overall responsibility for our delivery. The primary mission of IT support is to offer 1st and 2nd line support in the areas of systems, technology, and E-service cards.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The position of support technician is varied. You will have the opportunity to handle many different types of cases and areas with a wide range, which you will solve independently or together with colleagues depending on the complexity and type of case.

• system and technology cases.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is positive, outgoing, and communicative, with a focus on doing the best for our users. You have a professional demeanor in all types of meetings and the ability to prioritize, analyze, and communicate solutions in a pedagogical and professional manner.

In the role of support technician, you should have:

• at least three years of experience from previous support work within 1st line or equivalent experience
• digital competence.
