Cura Individutveckling is a municipal federation whose members are the municipalities of Blekinge. Our mission is to offer services within the psychosocial and neuropsychiatric fields, where coordinated efforts provide significant advantages. We offer care, support, and treatment services for children, adolescents, and families. Within the autism spectrum disorder, we provide high school education with boarding, group housing, and daily activities.

Our core values - respect, engagement, safety, development, and professionalism permeate our entire operation. These values come to life through our leadership and employee philosophy, which is based on health factors.

The boarding school at Klaragymnasiet not only provides accommodation but also residential education that follows planned goals that the student is to achieve. The boarding is divided into three residences and can accommodate up to 26 students. Here, the student has their own apartment, which allows for practical training in everyday life. Every other weekend, the student stays at the boarding school and participates in activities that, combined with individual weekly activities, constitute our leisure education. Eventually, the student should be able to plan their time independently and be aware of alternative leisure opportunities.

The boarding school is an LSS operation with staffing around the clock. This means that working hours are irregular during the day, evening, and weekends. At night, a residential supervisor is on call at the boarding school. On-call duty is also part of the job. There are 18 residential supervisors, one operations manager, and one assistant operations manager working at the boarding school. There is also a nurse associated with the operation.
