Primary care in Region Jämtland Härjedalen is organizationally part of the Division of Close Care together with Ambulance, Dental Care, Psychiatry, and Children and Young Adults.

Primary care is organized into 4 local care areas, and since January 2022, primary care and ambulance services have been integrated under good and close care. Each local care area is an economic unit led by a manager. Primary care is also responsible for the region's healthcare advice, youth reception, and the local care department Näva, all of which are grant-funded.

The health center, with about 5000 registered patients, has fresh and functional premises. Here we offer both urgent and booked consultations. Adjacent to the health center is the Local Care Department (Näva), which we run together with the municipality. We who work at the health center constantly strive to provide our patients with the best care, keeping the patient's best interests in focus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The work at the health center and lab mainly involves taking samples of various kinds. ECG, spirometry, and other examinations and preparations as prescribed. The nursing assistant assists doctors in minor surgeries and many different examination moments in both planned and acute activities. There is also administrative work such as calling patients for sampling, phone calls with patients, ordering supplies, and more.

As a nursing assistant with us, you are responsible, together with other professionals, for ensuring that care follows an optimal flow towards safe and secure care. You will have the opportunity to become a central and important part of the patient's care and involve them in the aspects that create added value. The nursing assistant plays a central role where the laboratory is the core of the operation.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant, has computer skills, and preferably experience from similar tasks. You should find it stimulating to work in a changing environment.

You should be outgoing, flexible, willing to contribute, and used to meeting patients with different needs. We see that you can collaborate in a team but are self-driven and contribute with your knowledge and expertise.

Experience is meritorious, and great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
