In the picturesque Hammerdal locality in Strömsund municipality, Jämtland County, lies this gem located near Hammerdal Lake.

An accessible, large, bright, and airy dental clinic of 219 sqm divided into 4 treatment rooms (3 fully equipped, the 4th equipped but with old equipment), sterilization area, reception, waiting room, and staff facilities.

We keep up with developments and work with modern technology such as scanners and EMS Airflow (we are one of three clinics in Jämtland that have the EMS station).

We have a stable economy and have operated in the area since the closure of FTV in 2015. Our patient base is loyal and provides us with continuous positive feedback.

The team currently consists of an outgoing dentist and 2 dental nurses.

When you come in as a co-owner, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the clinic. To assist you, within Praktikertjänst, there is a network of specialists in various areas such as safety, law, HR, property, administration, finance, IT and telecommunications, quality, communication, purchasing, pensions, and the environment. As part of the role, you will be responsible for the business's results, which means you will create a budget and be accountable for the financial outcome.

Job Responsibilities

• You lead and distribute work among the staff
• You work clinically as a dentist
• Staff responsibility, goals and development dialogues, as well as salary discussions
• Recruitment as needed
• Ensure that staff have sufficient knowledge and work on competence development
• Responsibility for the work environment

Qualifications

• Licensed dentist
• 3-5 years of work experience
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written

Personal Qualities

We are looking for a qualified dentist. You are a confident person who wants to work with different patient groups and are well-versed in diagnostics and treatment planning. You are a skilled clinician who sees it as a given to combine quality dental care with a good approach. You also enjoy leading other people.

You are someone who sees it as natural to have a strong commitment to both your patients and the clinic's development. We believe you are curious about new solutions and opportunities. As a person, you are communicative, calm, balanced, and trustworthy in meetings with patients and colleagues.
