RESPONSIBILITIES
Do you have a genuine interest in working with people? Then we have a job for you as a nursing assistant at Bergegården and in Home Care Services.
- As a nursing assistant at SÄBO (Special Accommodation for the Elderly), you will perform personal care, service, and support by motivating and stimulating individuals based on their specific needs and conditions. The work includes both medical and rehabilitative measures delegated by licensed personnel. It is important that you have the ability to see each person's needs, are meticulous, and take responsibility. You should enjoy working with elderly people, possess high empathy, be attentive, offer good treatment, and have strong collaboration skills. We strive to create a social content in daily life and a meaningful existence. Contact with relatives is a vital part of our work, and we cherish that good relationship.
- As a nursing assistant in Home Care Services, you provide care, help, and support to individuals based on their unique needs and create a meaningful daily routine. The work includes both medical and rehabilitative measures delegated by licensed personnel. You work directly in the individual's home and must therefore be able to make independent decisions and be solution-focused.
To meet future challenges, we in Ragunda are working to implement and develop welfare technology solutions within healthcare. This is crucial for improving the quality of our work, as well as increasing independence and strengthening the self-esteem of those we serve.
You are part of a work team but must be flexible to support colleagues both indoors and outdoors. Working hours vary with shifts according to a schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends. Ragunda Municipality applies flexible working hours using the scheduling tool Multi Access.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who have a nursing assistant education.
The position requires a B-class driver's license.
In working with our clients, a dignified approach and a warm interest in working with people are very important. We want you to have a positive outlook, good collaboration skills, and a sense of responsibility. Great importance is attached to personal suitability.
It is a requirement that you can understand and make yourself understood in Swedish in a way that allows you to communicate with clients, relatives, and staff. It is also important that you are computer literate and can express yourself well in writing, as documentation is a key part of the work. Additionally, technical competence to handle healthcare technology is required.
Experience from previous work in home care services is an asset.
