About Us

Department 233 offers planned five-day care and is open around the clock from Monday to Friday.

We have 22 care places distributed between Orthopedics, Hand Surgery, and CARE (Center for Advanced Reconstruction of Extremities). Here we care for both children and adults in connection with surgery – pre- and postoperatively.

With us, you will encounter a varied patient flow with often relatively healthy patients, which gives you the opportunity to develop broad competence and work with several different specialties in the same day.

We work in a multiprofessional team consisting of assistant nurses, nurses, doctors, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and medical secretaries – together we create safe and secure care.

Job Responsibilities

As an assistant nurse with us, you will work with standard tasks such as:

• General nursing
• Wound dressings
• Sample collections

You will work day and evening shifts, with a working degree of 40 hours/week.

About You

You are a trained assistant nurse, preferably with a few years of professional experience. Experience in orthopedics, hand surgery, or spinal cord injured patients is an advantage. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability, such as being flexible, self-assured, and enjoying working in a team. You have the ability to prioritize and adapt to unplanned situations.
