Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for nursing and healthcare interventions in the facilities. Your tasks may include:

• Assessments and follow-ups of patients.
• Medication management and delegations.
• Documentation and coordination with other staff.
• Emergency interventions as needed.

Qualifications

Nursing degree with at least 2 years of relevant professional experience, recent with good references. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Experience with the PMO journal system is desirable.
