We are looking for an experienced SOFTWARE DEVELOPER

who wants to help develop advanced solutions within industrial and defense-related projects in 2026 at ALTEN in Stockholm. The assignment starts next year, and you will have the opportunity to contribute your ideas and technical skills in all parts of the development work.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO HAVE:

• AT LEAST 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT WITH A FOCUS ON JAVA AND PYTHON
• A university or college degree in a relevant IT or technical field
• Experience with agile working methods
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

IT'S A PLUS IF YOU HAVE:

• Experience in testing and/or test automation
• Experience from the defense sector
• Knowledge of DevOps or CI/CD pipelines

In this role, you will work on the development and testing of software solutions focusing on Java and Python, in projects within industrial sectors and defense. You will be part of a competent team and collaborate with customers and colleagues to deliver robust and high-quality solutions.

Since the assignment is security classified, Swedish citizenship is required as well as the ability to be approved in a security clearance according to Swedish legislation.
