Personal assistance is an intervention according to LSS (The Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to individuals who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each client is unique, and your tasks will vary based on the client's needs. You respect the client's self-determination and integrity and contribute to making everyday life run smoothly.

About the position

The role of a personal assistant requires a high ability to create good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take the initiative and see what needs to be done.

We are now looking for you who meet the following:

• have good knowledge of Swedish

It is also an advantage if you:

• have experience in similar work

• have a B driver's license and access to a car

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Working hours, employment rate, and salary:

The current employment form is hourly employment. The position involves varied working hours during the day, evening, night, and weekends.

Fixed hourly wage according to agreement and other compensation will be according to collective agreements.

Start date

According to agreement.

Being employed at Humana
