ABOUT THE POSITION

We at Inre Kraft are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant on an hourly basis, extra as needed for our client in central Luleå. We are looking for four people who want to work extra as substitutes. An hourly position can lead to a permanent position of about 50%. This might suit you if you are studying or have another job during the day. But there is a chance for a lot of work!

The working hours are varied between day, evening, and night. Both awake night and on-call night. This applies to weekdays as well as weekends, all year round.

Start date will be agreed upon, and we would like to see you start the introduction immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

Our client enjoys being outdoors with various activities such as walks, watching TV, and listening to music. Our client needs your help as an assistant in her daily life as she is wheelchair-bound.

The tasks include:

  • Support with daily routines, including household chores

  • Assistance/help with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals

  • Transfers

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with people and can analyze the needs of others. Furthermore, you should be attentive, proactive, solution-oriented, and engaged. We prefer that you are responsible, as great importance is placed on personal suitability.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Good knowledge of the Swedish language - both spoken and written

  • Non-smoker

MERITS

  • Driver's license and access to a car

  • Experience in healthcare and social services

  • Ability to tolerate pets

Employment rate: Hourly substitute as needed + chance for part-time

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
