Revent International AB is looking for a Production Engineer

Revent International AB is seeking a driven Production Engineer to join their team in Upplands Väsby. Become part of an innovative company with a global presence! ABOUT THE POSITION

Revent International AB is a manufacturing company that develops, manufactures, and sells equipment for bakeries, and also develops proofing cabinets and vacuum coolers. They are now looking for a Production Engineer to strengthen the team, where you will work closely with operators, technicians, and production management to develop production. It is a broad role where you are a critical link between product development/design, purchasing, and production.

Revent International follows an ISO 9001 certified management system to ensure the highest quality and structured operations. Their production departments include sheet metal processing, welding, assembly, and electrical connections.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

• Work on production engineering improvements focusing on safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Support supervisors in deviation management and assist the quality department with production-related complaints.
• Review, develop, and document work methods, manufacturing processes, and work instructions.
• Collaborate with the design department during product development, selection of manufacturing methods, and updating of drawing documentation.
• Drive and participate in improvement projects according to LEAN methodology.
• Ensure that routines, guidelines, and standards are followed and further developed.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Have post-secondary education with a focus on production engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Have at least 2 years of work experience in the manufacturing/engineering industry with a focus on production engineering.
• Have good experience in reading drawings (mechanical drawings and electrical schematics).
• Have good knowledge/experience in measurement technology.
• Have experience in one of the following areas: sheet metal processing, welding, or assembly.
• Have good skills in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as daily documentation and communication occur in both languages.

It is an advantage if you have

• Experience with ERP/MPS systems.
• LEAN experience (e.g., 5S, SMED, Poka Yoke, Fishbone).
• Experience in calibration.
• Knowledge in automation.
• Experience in laser welding.
• Electrical engineering competence.
