The Radiology Department in Sollefteå is part of a regional operation with the Radiology Departments in Sundsvall/Härnösand and Örnsköldsvik. The department operates 24/7, supporting both specialized healthcare and outpatient care with various examinations and treatments. We work with ultrasound, conventional radiography, fluoroscopy, computed tomography, minor interventions, and magnetic resonance imaging. Approximately 25 people work at the department in Sollefteå. As a radiologic nurse, you will work in a team with nursing assistants, radiologic nurses, radiologists, and medical secretaries. We are a well-knit team where collaboration is essential. We are now looking for a radiologic nurse to join our team! The position is a permanent full-time employment with a start date according to agreement.

The work is varied as we rotate through all modalities. Your responsibilities will include:

• Standard radiologic nursing tasks
• Booking examinations
• Planning daily operations

We apply individualized onboarding and, to some extent, individualized scheduling. The introduction consists of starting with Conventional Radiography and gradually expanding to Computed Tomography to gain knowledge and routines. Being a small unit allows for quick exposure to various modalities such as Computed Tomography, Conventional Radiography, Fluoroscopy, and MRI if there is interest. Weekend and on-call duties, as well as inconvenient working hours, are included in all schedules.

We are looking for someone who

• Is a licensed radiologic nurse
• Has good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form

It is advantageous if you

• Have worked in a radiology department
• Have work experience in healthcare, preferably in a radiology department
• Have good knowledge of English in both spoken and written form
