Kramfors HC is one of 5 health centers in our primary care area Väster.

The health center Kramfors is the largest in the municipality and is located in central Kramfors. With us, everything is gathered under one roof, and we have a large knowledge base in the form of our experienced staff from various professions, as well as collaboration with other healthcare institutions.

We are now looking for an advisory nurse/district nurse for our unit at the Health Center in Kramfors. Advisory Nurse/District Nurse at the Health Center Kramfors Job Responsibilities

To assist you in your work, you will work according to an advisory support. As a new employee, we will tailor the introduction based on your role. We are keen to create the best possible conditions for our nurses to feel secure in their roles.

We work with qualified advice through the Advisory Support, which is a quality-assured and evidence-based tool, as well as a symptom-based medical decision support, which helps nurses provide patients with the right advice. It is used as support for medical assessments of care needs and guides to the right level of care and refers them to the right care at the right time.

Your main tasks with us are:

• Telephone advice supported by the Advisory Support
• Work in the Cosmic journal system

We work closely with all professions in the organization.

We are looking for someone who

• Is a licensed nurse
• Has good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• Has good knowledge of English in speech and writing
• Has relevant work experience in the profession
• Has experience in outpatient work and telephone advice

It is meritorious if you

• Have further education as a district nurse
