We are looking for your competence as a nurse/community nurse to complement our team.

Responsibilities

As a nurse, you are responsible for both specific and general care. You work together with nursing colleagues in an area where you collectively plan your common tasks. You will have a central role in the team, working closely with other professionals (other nurses, EC, support staff, doctors, AT, FT, dietitian) with the patient at the center. Through your medical knowledge, we see that you find solutions that create security and added value for the patient. You mentor staff and students, as well as provide support and advice to relatives. Together with colleagues and other professionals, you will work towards meaningfulness for the patient.

Qualifications

You are either a licensed nurse or community nurse, preferably with experience in the field. It is an advantage if you have mentoring training or other advanced training such as elderly care, psychiatry, community nursing. We are looking for someone who can work independently but also sees themselves as part of a team.

You should have a strong commitment, a positive attitude towards development, and be attracted to situations that involve innovation and creativity.

A valid driver's license (category B) is a requirement.
