Do you want to contribute to increased quality and safety in primary care? We are looking for two deviation managers for Primary Care Ådalen, which includes five health centers: Sollefteå HC, Kramfors HC, Ramsele/Junsele HC, Ullångers HC, and Nylands HC. As a deviation manager, you have overall responsibility for the use, investigation, and development of the units' deviation processes.

The positions are permanent employment at 50%, with the remaining 50% involving clinical work. Start date is according to agreement.

Job Responsibilities

Your main job responsibilities:

  • Handle all deviations in the organization's deviation system Platina
  • Ensure that the deviation process is followed and developed
  • Encourage and support employees in reporting deviations
  • Contribute to a culture where learning and improvement are in focus
Additional InformationQualifications

We are looking for someone who

  • Is a licensed nurse or has other education deemed relevant for the position
  • Has good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
  • Has a B driver's license

It is an advantage if you

  • Have experience in deviation management
  • Have work experience in primary care
