As a Senior Accountant at this company, you will work with qualified accounting tasks. The role is broad and combines ongoing accounting, analysis, and process development in an international environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Accounting work for VCC and its subsidiaries
• Conducting monthly and year-end closing activities
• Working with VAT reporting
• Driving harmonization and efficiency initiatives
• Performing other accounting-related tasks
• Analyzing and managing large data sets

You will also play an active role in improving and standardizing existing processes. During the month-end closing, you are expected to take a leading role in ensuring accurate and high-quality reporting within your area of responsibility.

The role involves close collaboration with:

• Global Accounting Centre
• Local country representatives
• Stakeholders at headquarters
• Auditors and tax advisors

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• Solid experience working in large international companies (preferred)
• Good knowledge of SAP and Hyperion FM (preferred)
• Deep understanding of Swedish accounting (Swedish GAAP) and IFRS
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Interest in data analysis, automation, and digitalization
• Degree in business administration or equivalent
• Strong understanding of financial processes and systems, as well as the ability to drive and implement them effectively
