ABOUT THE POSITION

We at Inre Kraft are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant at 65% for our client in Skellefteå. It is double assistance for the client, which means that two assistants work together at all times. We are also looking for someone who wants to work as a substitute as needed for this client.

The working hours are as follows:

• 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

• 03:00 PM - 10:00 PM

• 10:00 PM - 07:00 AM (awake and journal night)

Start date is according to agreement, and we hope you can start the introduction immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is a man in his 30s. Our client needs your help as an assistant in his daily life as he has autism and epilepsy. The assistance tasks are of a supervisory and guiding nature.

The job responsibilities include:

• Support with daily routines, such as household chores

• Assisting/helping with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals

• Medication, help, and guidance

The client uses communication aids.

REQUIREMENTS

• Very good knowledge of the Swedish language - both spoken and written

• Non-smoker

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with autism

• Experience with low-arousal responses

• Experience working in healthcare and social services

Employment rate: 65% + substitute. 

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
