We are looking for summer substitutes for elderly care and support for people with disabilities!

We are looking for you who want to work as a summer substitute in home care, elderly homes, group homes, and personal assistance.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a summer/temporary substitute, you will replace regular staff and be scheduled as needed, for example, in case of illness, childcare, and vacation. In this role, you provide support, care, and assistance to individuals who need it to manage their daily lives based on their individual needs.

The work may involve:

• Providing personal care and support in daily life
• Assisting with transfers, meals, and hygiene
• Social interaction and creating a sense of security

As a summer/temporary substitute, you need to be able to work varying hours, during the day and evenings, as well as weekends. In some areas, you may also need to work overnight. Working hours are adjusted according to the needs of the service.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who:

• Are flexible, responsible, and have a good attitude
• Are service-oriented and attentive to others' wishes and needs
• Have good teamwork skills but are also comfortable working independently
• Listen, communicate, and resolve conflicts constructively
• Master the Swedish language in both speech and writing
• Have good computer skills

It is an advantage if you have education at the upper secondary level in the Health and Care Program or the Child and Recreation Program with a focus on social work or previous experience in care work. A driver's license is required for certain units.
