The Role of Care Assistant & Nursing Assistant with Us

In the job, you provide good care and social support based on the needs of the tenants. Your work also includes social documentation, various health and medical tasks, as well as planning and executing daily activities for a pleasant living environment for our tenants. In our work, we base our actions on our shared values and workplace culture; we deliver, we collaborate, we innovate, and we welcome.

We work qualitatively and purposefully with the BPSD register and other methods that promote a person-centered approach where care and support are provided safely and securely based on individual needs and wishes. We believe that the role of the contact person is very important and we want you to take great responsibility in that area.

You will work according to a schedule that includes days, evenings, and every other weekend.

Your Profile

As a person, you are accommodating and respectful in your interactions and attentive to your surroundings. You radiate calmness, create security for our tenants, and it is natural for you to always have the care recipient's best interests in mind. You are innovative and curious about new technology as this is used a lot in our work. You enjoy learning new things and being involved in the development of the operation.

Furthermore, you are responsible and contribute with your positive attitude and engagement to a good work environment. We want everyone who works with us to contribute to good camaraderie by being flexible and good colleagues in all situations. You express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, as this is required in daily work. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

We are looking for someone who:

• is a trained care assistant or is studying to become a care assistant or nursing assistant.
• expresses themselves well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, as this is required in daily work.

Our Offer and Additional Information

We offer a permanent full-time position with start date according to agreement.

The position is full-time or according to agreement. Within the Administration for Care & Support, all employees in home care and care and support residences are employed at a 100% employment rate, but employees have the opportunity to reduce their desired employment rate based on the needs of the operation.
