The Role of Care Assistant with Us

Your Profile

As a person, you are accommodating in your approach and attentive to your surroundings. You create new contacts as well as maintain your current work relationships. You take responsibility and drive your work forward, delivering results and prioritizing your work effectively. You see opportunities in changes, take your own initiatives, and come up with new approaches to work-related issues. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.

We are looking for someone who:

• is a trained or studying care assistant
• holds a B driver's license
• expresses themselves well in Swedish, both spoken and written

Our Offer and Additional Information

We offer a permanent full-time position with start date according to agreement.

The position is full-time or according to agreement. Within the Department of Health & Care, all employees in home care and care homes are employed at a 100% employment rate, but employees have the option to reduce their desired employment rate based on the needs of the operations.

Background checks may be conducted before employment.

As of July 1, 2023, care assistant is a protected professional title.
