We aim to be at the forefront of the major transformation in welfare, and the quality and development department is an important piece of that work. The department works with quality development, innovation, digitization, process management, and there are roles such as digitalization strategist, development leader, and welfare technician.

Your Responsibilities

Do you want to help develop our unit for nurses within health care in Halmstad municipality?

We work in teams, and as a nurse, you assess and perform medical treatment and care interventions.

Much of the practical work is independent, so it is important that you are comfortable working independently with standard nursing tasks and leading care staff.

In addition to patient-related work with assessments, examinations, information, and advice, you also have an important role in collaboration with the care staff in home care and in residential facilities. As a nurse, you are responsible for mentoring and delegating tasks to care staff.

We offer continuous professional development to maintain high quality and meet patient needs.

As a nurse within home health care, you work daytime with a weekly working time of 38.25 hours/week, and you are scheduled to work every sixth weekend.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for a licensed nurse. Experience in home health care or equivalent work is an advantage. It is also an advantage if you have specialized skills or further education in areas such as geriatrics, palliative care, or other relevant education.

We appreciate candidates who take responsibility in their professional role, are solution-focused, and have a reflective approach to their work. It is of utmost importance that you are social, attentive, and independent in your work, as well as having the ability to create security for both our patients and staff. We work with digital tools for documentation and medication management. Therefore, we value a positive attitude towards technology, and experience with digital systems such as Lifecare Voo, Lifecare SP, Appva, Pascal, and NPÖ is an advantage.

To be considered for the position, you also need to have a valid driver's license (B).
