About us

Dals Ängar is a modern and homely elderly care facility with 60 apartments spread over six departments and three floors. You will work with a fantastic team that constantly strives to achieve good and qualitative care. We are now looking for someone who wants to give that little extra so that our elderly residents can thrive in our facility during the summer months.

About the position

As a summer substitute, your work will involve providing good care and support to the elderly. You will work from a person-centered approach and carry out the following tasks:

• Receive delegation of medication from the registered nurse

• Conduct fun activities

• Manage documents and deviations

• Along with your colleagues, take overall responsibility for planning and distributing tasks

• Maintain clear communication with healthcare staff; registered nurses, rehabilitation staff, and on-call nurses

Working hours and employment rate: Varying employment rate. Day/evening/weekend/night.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting, other compensation according to collective agreements.

Start date: By agreement.

Who are you? We prefer that you are a trained nursing assistant or caregiver with experience from elderly care or home care. In addition to education and experience, your personal qualities are equally important. To thrive in the role of hourly employee, we believe you are a social person who wants to spread joy and create well-being for those around you. A smile or a kind word can be what makes someone else's day much better.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience working in elderly care or home care

• Experience working with people with dementia
