The Social Administration is responsible for providing support, care, and assistance to people at different stages of life. We work based on the individual's needs and offer services based on several laws, including the Social Services Act (SoL), the Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons (LSS), and the Health and Medical Services Act.

This may involve providing the elderly with a safe and meaningful everyday life, supporting people with disabilities, or being there for children, youth, and adults in vulnerable life situations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The work involves resource shifts within our joint resource planning (ARP), which gives you the opportunity to work at several of our residences in Rolfstorp, Kungsäter, and Veddige.

With us, you will have a varied workday where you meet different operations, colleagues, and working methods. You enjoy working independently, appreciate variety, and see it as a strength to contribute where the need is greatest.

Our residences are located in nature-close rural environments, which means you need to be comfortable traveling between workplaces by car.

Working as a care assistant with us means being an important part of people's everyday lives. You will use your care and commitment to make a difference every day. We are looking for someone who wants to help create safety, continuity, and good care for those in need of support, whether in their home, in a special accommodation, group home, or within social psychiatry.

As a care assistant, you provide support in daily living to individuals in need of care. This may involve assistance with personal care, meals, transfers, and creating a meaningful everyday life for the user. The work is based on individual implementation plans and aims to strengthen the individual's independence and participation.

You work closely with colleagues and other professionals, and it is included to document efforts according to current guidelines. The role requires good communication, flexibility, and a professional approach, always with the user's needs in focus.

The work is scheduled for both daytime, evenings, and weekends, depending on the needs of the operation.

QUALIFICATIONS

To thrive in the role, you need to be confident in yourself, have a respectful attitude, and want to contribute to a good working environment. You need to be meticulous, service-oriented, and able to adapt to different people's needs.

The work requires good collaboration skills, but also the ability to take responsibility and work independently. It is important that you are attentive, aware of changes, and can handle both routine situations and more unexpected events in everyday life. You need to be able to document in digital systems according to current routines.

We also see that you have:

• Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Driver's license, if required by the operation.

Experience in elderly care, support for disabilities, and/or social psychiatry is an advantage.
