We are currently seeking a psychologist for a combined position at Vårdcentralen Håsten/Vårdcentralen Tvååker, where your workplace will be at Vårdcentralen Håsten.

You will also work with Vårdcentralen Tvååker, providing opportunities for collaboration across two health centers.

As a Psychologist with Us, You Will:

• Conduct assessments, diagnostics, and individual treatment for adult patients with mild to moderate mental health issues.
• Have the opportunity to lead group therapies.
• Work with ICBT and other digital tools.
• Collaborate with other organizations and authorities to provide our patients with the best care experience.

Vårdcentralen Håsten, located centrally in Varberg, has approximately 6800 registered patients and around 30 employees. It is a pleasant workplace filled with laughter and a variety of competencies. We offer both acute and planned services for doctors, physiotherapists, social workers, psychologists, and district nurses. We have several specialized clinics with trained staff: asthma/COPD clinic, child health clinic, diabetes clinic, physiotherapy clinic, social work clinic, etc.

We are education-oriented and welcome nursing, secretarial, and medical students, as well as AT and ST doctors.

Vårdcentralen Tvååker is a friendly health center with about 25 employees who have a wide range of competencies and approximately 5800 registered patients. Here, we strive to be a leading health actor with a focus on health promotion and patient-centered work. We value good service and high accessibility to meet the needs of our residents. Within Vårdcentralen Halland, there is a psychological management leader.

Qualifications

You are a licensed psychologist, and we prefer that you have several years of work experience in the field. Previous experience working with CBT and/or ICBT is an advantage.

You are an engaged and attentive person with good judgment and high integrity. Taking initiative and working independently is not foreign to you. You are self-driven and flexible, enjoying a varied work environment where you can also dare to try new approaches. You are aware of and understand how background, culture, and group affiliation affect yourself and others. Furthermore, you are expected to contribute to equitable treatment for all with your approach. We place great value on you being a good colleague who enjoys collaborating with others and contributes to a positive atmosphere in the workplace. Good computer skills and proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, are required for the position. Personal suitability will be of great importance.
