The Eating Disorder Center Varberg is a treatment facility for all forms of eating disorders on a voluntary basis. We accept patients from all over Sweden and offer high-quality and safe care – always based on evidence and modern methodology. 

About us 

We offer specialized treatment for children, adolescents, and adults with primary eating disorders, but where other issues may also occur. We work based on evidence-based methods such as CBT-E and FBT and provide a safe environment, an open climate, and a cross-professional approach where quality and development are at the center. 

Your role – nurse in round-the-clock care with a focus on eating disorders As a nurse, you are responsible for the care we provide and lead and distribute work within the unit. Your workdays include standard nursing tasks based on patient needs, and you plan and carry out nursing interventions, following up on health status together with the team.

About you – engaged nurse We are looking for a nurse, preferably with further education/experience in psychiatry. You have a genuine interest in people and want to contribute to patients' recovery. As a person, you are secure, responsible, collaborative, and have a professional and warm approach to patients and relatives. You master Swedish in both spoken and written form. Great importance is placed on personal suitability. A driver's license (B) is a requirement. 

Employment conditions Permanent employment, full-time or part-time Daytime work, weekdays 6 months probationary period.
