Dental Nurse/Section Support Varberg

With us, you will have an exciting and varied role where, in addition to the clinical work as a dental nurse, you will have primary responsibility for daily staffing and planning at the clinic in close collaboration with the department head. As section support, you ensure that the work flows smoothly and plan staffing during vacations and other periods of absence. Planning and staffing are done in Tessa.

This is a role for you who enjoys combining patient work with coordination and structure, and who wants to contribute to a well-functioning clinic environment.

You will be part of a competent team with several dental nurse colleagues and work together with dentists in various specialties: orofacial medicine (OFM), pedodontics, endodontics, and periodontology.

The position includes regular tasks as a dental nurse, and in the role of section support, scheduling and planning are included.

Dental Nurse Prosthetics/Periodontology Halmstad

As a dental nurse at Specialist Dental Care Halmstad, you will work alongside dental nurses, dental hygienists, medical secretaries, and dentists in our various specialties. The focus of this position is primarily on prosthetics and periodontology. With us, you will meet patients with different care needs and work within a broad treatment spectrum.

As a dental nurse in the periodontology department, you will assist both in the clinic and in surgery. Administrative tasks, independent patient work, and other clinic-wide responsibilities are a natural part of your work. We offer comprehensive dental treatments, including traditional periodontal treatments, bite rehabilitation, and surgical procedures such as bone transplants and implant surgeries.

As a dental nurse in the prosthetics department, you will assist in the clinic where we work with both larger and smaller prosthetic treatments. You will be an important part of a team that creates functional and aesthetic solutions for our patients – everything from single crowns to extensive bite rehabilitations that make a difference in patients' quality of life. About Us

Specialist Dental Care has a regional responsibility with operations at the hospitals in Halmstad and Varberg. We provide treatment for patients referred to us from other departments within the hospital as well as from private and public healthcare providers. At Specialist Dental Care, we conduct specialist training and continuing education for dentists as well as training for dental hygienists and dental nurses. Research and development are considered an important part of our operations. At the clinic in Varberg, there are four treatment rooms, sterilization, reception, and equipment for nitrous oxide/anesthesia. At the clinic in Halmstad, there are seventeen treatment rooms, four operating rooms, a special unit for jaw and facial X-rays with five labs, a sterilization unit, and a reception. Patient administration is done in Cosmic and Carita.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has a dental nurse degree and preferably a few years of professional experience. You should be confident in your professional role and able to adapt to new work situations and routines.

We see that you have good collaboration skills and are solution-oriented in your approach, driven by thinking in terms of improvements and development. You easily adapt to new circumstances and see opportunities in changes.
