Your Responsibilities

The Alarm Patrol primarily works to respond to and address alarms that come into the Emergency Alarm Center.

Our clients should feel secure knowing they can receive help in emergency situations where they have difficulty coping on their own at any hour of the day. Work at the Alarm Patrol can be physically demanding at times, and our staff is quickly on-site to assist with unforeseen events, such as falls, anxiety, or acute illness.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant and has completed the nursing program in high school. You have at least two years of experience working as a nursing assistant. Since our operations are vehicle-based, you must have a valid B driver's license for manual transmission and experience driving a car.

We require that you can perform certain delegated tasks and see it as a requirement that you have previous experience in carrying out medical interventions on the delegation of a nurse.

We work to stay updated on systems that facilitate documentation and medication management, and it is a requirement that you have knowledge and interest in working with various computer systems and phones as tools in your work. Your tasks will also include answering calls that come into the alarm center, and we consider it an advantage if you have previously worked with similar tasks. It is also advantageous if you have previously worked in psychiatry.

We are looking for someone who is committed, responsible, team- and service-oriented, and who naturally puts the client first. You have the ability to make quick and well-considered decisions in difficult situations. For the position, it is required that you can express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
