About the Workplace

Neptunuskliniken in Varberg is undergoing an exciting change - we will soon be moving to new, larger, and more modern premises, where we will develop our psychosocial team.

We are now looking for a psychologist who is committed, innovative, and wants to help develop a completely new part of our operations. You will collaborate with our doctors, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and other professionals. At Neptunuskliniken, you will work in a positive and unpretentious environment alongside competent colleagues who are passionate about their work and share a wonderful community, helping and caring for each other.

We are part of Vårdvalet and work on behalf of Region Halland.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities that fall within the primary care sector. This primarily includes assessment and treatment of adult patients with mild to moderate mental health issues. You will collaborate with our other employees and other healthcare providers.

Qualifications

You are a licensed psychologist or trained health and medical care curator. Previous experience in primary care or psychiatry and working with CBT is advantageous. We also welcome experience in child healthcare psychology. Good computer skills and proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, are required for the position.

Additional Information

Our new location is at Baggensgränd opposite Varberg station with good communication opportunities. We are expanding our operations with a psychosocial team that will include access to both a psychologist, physiotherapist, and occupational therapist. All professions are under one roof.

Working hours and start date are negotiable. Our opening hours are weekdays from 8 AM to 5 PM. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
