The role of the nurse with us

As a substitute nurse, you will work in the municipality's home healthcare, providing medical services to our citizens of all ages. Home healthcare is based in several different workplaces from south to north and in central Kungsbacka. We work both in the patient's home and in our care and nursing homes and housing with special services.

Working as a substitute means you will get to know many people and life situations that you might not have encountered otherwise. It provides you with experiences and memories for life, but also places high demands on service orientation, flexibility, and commitment.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a licensed nurse
• Has a B driver's license
• Has knowledge of Swedish at a level that allows you to communicate well in both speech and writing
• Has good computer skills

It is an advantage if you:

• Have experience in home healthcare
• Have experience with the TeleQ phone system

We offer a temporary employment with immediate start or by agreement.

As a substitute at Vikariecenter, you will:

• Receive introductory training.
• Shadow regular staff before you start working independently.
• Have flexible working hours and also gain experience from different workplaces and make valuable contacts.

About Vikariecenter

Vikariecenter provides substitutes to cover vacancies that arise when regular staff are temporarily absent and during the summer holidays. Vikariecenter is responsible for the recruitment and staffing of substitutes in preschools, personal assistance, daily activities, home healthcare, home care, nursing and care homes, housing with special services, cleaning, and meals.
