Registered Nurse for Night Shift

Your Responsibilities

We are now looking for a Registered Nurse for our night unit.

Your role as a nurse at night is performed with quality and patient safety. You are responsible for assessment, planning, and execution of medical actions such as medication administration, wound dressings, and follow-up. You take responsibility for careful and accurate documentation in patient records and ensure that interventions follow applicable routines and guidelines.

Personal suitability is important, and we want you to take responsibility, be solution-focused, and have a reflective approach in your work.

You also provide guidance and delegation to care staff. You are expected to be able to work independently with our patients both in residences and in patients' homes in accordance with the Home Care Administration's core values: Trust - Humility - Respect.

Continuous professional development is offered to maintain high quality and meet patients' needs.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a registered nurse. Experience in home care or equivalent work is an advantage.

It is advantageous if you have specialized skills or further education in areas such as geriatrics, palliative care, or other relevant training. We appreciate that you take responsibility in your professional role, are solution-focused, and have a reflective approach in your work.

It is of utmost importance that you are social, attentive, and independent in your work and have the ability to create security for both our patients and colleagues. We work with digital tools for documentation and medication management. Therefore, we value a positive attitude towards technology and experience with digital systems such as Lifecare Voo, Lifecare SP, Appva, Pascal, and NPÖ is an advantage.

To be considered for the position, you also need to have a B driver's license.

Our Offer

The Home Care Administration is now looking for you who want to work in our night operations. Currently, over 100 nurses work in home care, assessing and performing medical treatment and care interventions in our patients' homes, both in ordinary housing and in special accommodations or our short-term unit.
