Your Responsibilities

We are looking for someone who wants to work evenings with us as a licensed nurse.

If you have experience and/or specialist training as a district nurse, in psychiatry or geriatrics, it is an advantage. Other merits may include previous experience in similar roles.

To succeed in your role as a nurse, you must be able to express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. You are interested in the possibilities of technology and use the technical tools required for the job. This is a prerequisite for being able to document correctly in our systems.

In your work, you are required to work person-centered with the customer in focus and plan your work in a systematic and methodical way to follow up on each customer.

As a person, you are confident in your role and have an open mind as well as the ability to put the customer at the center.

You can prioritize your work and have good collaboration skills, both with customers, relatives, and colleagues in the workgroup as well as different partners.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. Experience from elderly care or hospital care is advantageous, as well as further education in geriatrics and open health care.

Prescription rights for medications are also seen as an advantage. You should have good computer skills, and experience documenting in digital systems via mobile and computer is a plus.

It is crucial that you are social, attentive, and independent, with the ability to create security for our patients. We also value a reflective working method and being solution-oriented.

A driver's license for a car (B) is required for the position.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
