Your responsibilities

In the role of nurse, you are responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and following up on health and medical care interventions. You manage medication, specific nursing care, and documentation. Your day-to-day work is varied and involves close collaboration with colleagues and relatives.

You will, among other things:

• Assess and plan care interventions based on the patient's needs
• Implement and follow up on treatments and medication management
• Supervise, delegate, and teach nursing staff
• Provide advice and support to users and relatives
• Contribute to good teamwork and a safe care environment

Your qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. If you have further education or experience in disabilities and psychiatry, it is an advantage. You have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both spoken and written, and are accustomed to working with digital systems. A driver's license for a passenger car with a manual transmission is a requirement.

To succeed in the role, you also need the following competencies (according to Assessio Bloom's framework):

• Transparent communication – You share information openly and clearly, so that everyone in the team has the right conditions to collaborate.
