About the Workplace

The health center Bäckagård has a pleasant and family-like atmosphere where everyone in the team helps each other.

We place great importance on personal suitability, where you are expected to put the "team" first. We work together for the patient's health, and you contribute to ensuring that the patient finds it easy and welcoming to contact us. You will work with your own clinic, chat, and telephone advice.

The health center consists of a medical and district nurse clinic, sampling, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, psychology, child health care, and specialist clinics for asthma/COPD, diabetes, and smoking cessation.

Your Role with Us

As a district nurse, you have a varied role working in the medical clinic and direct reception where you perform triage, assessments, and provide telephone advice. Work with sampling in the lab may also occur.

The work is stimulating and challenging with many independent assessments and the opportunity to follow up and develop the work. You perform common nursing tasks within primary care, including triage reception via phone, digitally, and physical visits, as well as running your own clinic. You have the support of engaged colleagues who care about community and security. The position also includes occasional shifts in the evening and weekend reception.

About You

We are looking for a specialist-trained district nurse in asthma/COPD. You feel comfortable with both independent work and teamwork. You have good collaboration and communication skills. To thrive in the role, it is important that you are flexible, can see opportunities, and have a desire to actively contribute to the development of our operations. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
