Who are we looking for?
- At least 4 years of experience in onsite support or client-facing IT work
- Comfortable with documentation, case management, and administrative follow-up
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Driver's license (B) is required
- Experience from larger organizations and complex IT environments is a plus.

You work independently, take responsibility for your area, and enjoy collaborating with colleagues to find the best way forward. What does the role entail?
- Onsite support to the operation and end-users at the office
- Installation, delivery, and configuration of IT hardware
- Support during operational disruptions where remote support is insufficient
- Responsibility for conference room technology, printers, and client-facing equipment
- Handling VIP cases with high demands for quality and speed
- Documentation in case management systems and knowledge databases
- Collaboration with IT teams at other locations during major incidents.
The role is varied and operationally close; you are the one ensuring that the IT environment functions and that colleagues can perform their work without hindrance. Here you will both take responsibility for on-site delivery and contribute to improvements in work methods and processes. This is a role for you who want to develop in an environment with a clear mission, great trust, and close collaboration with the operation.
The position is full-time and requires daily presence at our client's office in Järfälla/Solna. Working hours are Monday to Friday 08–17. This is a consulting assignment starting immediately and lasting for 12 months with good opportunities for extension. This recruitment process includes a background check that compiles previous public criminal records and financial credit checks.
